A combination of yoga nidra (deep guided relaxation techniques for relief from trauma, physical and emotional pains), personal storytelling of my own adventures and how I used the modalities to help myself recover from childhood trauma, physical trauma and pains to turn back time and help my body recover, witty analogies and my way of sharing the knowledge and education of alternative and holistic modalities and personal interviews from individuals of all ages and around the world that have experienced the powerful benefits from the guided lessons of deep relaxation (yoga nidra), pranayama, meditation and expanding their personal field of possibilities through their own actions.

This deep relaxation is 14.69 minutes in length and requires NO physical practice. This session is scripted from a position of laying down... but you can do this from a chair.

I initially created this podcast for two strong reasons; to help my body recover nightly as I walked the Camino de Santiago, a 500+ mile walk across Spain... and for the clients I would not be accessible to while gone.
Now, that I'm back I will be adding episodes that contains an accumulation of answers to the many questions I receive about modalities such as; trauma release, yoga nidra, pranayama, energy cultivation & expansion, speeding up the healing process, letting go of hurt, lucid dreaming, reframing / rewriting the past, paradigm shifting, journaling methods & moving into a life where you take risks.
I record the episodes the way I would if we were sitting together. Episodes range from 6 - 15 minutes when explaining the mechanics & benefits of modalities. I'll share personal experiences & stories as I moved into discovering these practices, my personal adventures... See, once you begin to heal the way you view your body... you expand your own realm of possibilities.
