This episode is a personal note from me.
There are few practices I feel as passionately about as Yoga Nidra. This isn't a guided practice—it's an opportunity for me to share why this ancient modality has become such an important part of my life, my teaching, and the heart of Release Reset.
Over the years, I've witnessed people arrive carrying stress, grief, trauma, and exhaustion, only to leave with a profound sense of peace they didn't know was possible. Many describe feeling deeply connected—to themselves, to others, and to something greater than words can explain. Others speak of experiencing a deep sense of freedom, letting go of who they thought they had to be, and simply resting in the experience of being.
Yoga Nidra continues to humble and inspire me. It reminds me that healing isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about creating the space to simply be. In that stillness, I've watched people rediscover hope, clarity, and a profound sense of connection—to themselves, to others, and to life itself.
This episode is my invitation into that journey. In future episodes, I'll share the philosophy, science, personal experiences, and transformative possibilities of Yoga Nidra. I can't wait to explore them with you.
